Updates need to be done whenever they become available, which can be every few days. This includes the updating of WordPress itself, as well as any installed themes and plugins.

With a selection of three packages to choose from, we are certain that your website will be taken care of and remain secure. Your website will be looked after by a team of web professionals, for far less than you would have to pay to employ someone to do the same job.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Our website care packages are only available to our own clients. We do not provide support for websites which have been designed or developed by another web agency.

  3. You will be sent a monthly report reflecting all the website care work we have done.
  4. The Core and Business packages are billed on an annual basis for 12-month period.
  5. The Advanced package is billed on a month-to-month basis.
  6. A minimum contract of 12 months applies on sign-up. Thereafter, the contract runs on a month-to-month basis, with a 30 day cancellation period.
